Description

The classroom for these four- to eight-year-old children is located under the treetops in the Baden forest. In sunshine, rain, and snow, they learn to read, write, and do arithmetic. But above all, they explore the forest on their own, experience the cycle of nature, and seek their role within the community. Over the course of a year, the film delves into the world of a forest school and lets the children speak. They provide insight into a way of life that allows them to develop independence, courage, and creativity.
